All classes are broken down according to the student's level. Classes will be communicated clearly for the students and I use technology to enhance my classes.
I use ice breakers at the beginning of each class to make my students feel relaxed and at ease before we begin. That will also help me build a rapport with my students and als to find out what inspires them.
Classes are kept simple for easy understanding with regular feedback for students to see there performance over time. Students that are struggling will be provided with extra targeted support and feedback.
Every child learns differently so I take my time to get to know my students and cater the classes to their learning style.
Goals will be set for students to help them to be able to reach it even go beyond their goals and expectations.
Learning is fun and doesn't have to be boring, so the use of AI and technology is essential for teaching in the 21 century.
I encourage my students to do research of topics beforehand, So that when they come online they are already familiar with the topic and the lesson will be easy and fun.
I expect my students to have had a good night's sleep and a hearty meal before class. They also have to be motivated and energised. All materials needed before lessons will be communicated to so that they come Well equipped and ready to learn. " In learning you will teach and teaching you will learn".
