My teaching methods are catered around the child, to ensure they are able to complete their work to the best of their ability. The most important thing is to figure what method the child prefers before preparing the lesson. The lessons can include practise writing to improve in writing paragraphs, reading books to be able improve reading skills as well as comprehension tasks. By completing questions at the end of reading can help to check the child’s understanding and comprehension of what they have read. If the child is prefers learning more visually we can work with worksheets, colouring, or using visual images to help the child understand better, especially in creative writing tasks to help the child be more descriptive and imaginative. Lesson will be all based on each child’s needs to ensure we work to improve the quality of work. Any suggestions on area to work with from the child, parents or teachers will be listened to and worked on!
