I can remain flexible, ensuring that every child's learning styles and abilities are addressed. I’m experienced in one-on-one tutoring and group instruction of ESL. I am skilled in adapting to students' diverse learning styles. I am using the communicative approach in teaching English cause the twenty first century skills concentrate on communications and critical thinking . I believe in learning by doing is the one of the outstanding teaching tactic. I also try create a life situation or daily challenges that enable learners enhance their skills and abilities in gaining the new language.
