My aim in my lessons is to match the student's needs and pace. This means that I will pay close attention and spend more time on topics they are struggling with, in order to ensure that they gain a strong understanding of it. As well as this, I aim to create an open environment, so that the students will be comfortable asking questions or making mistakes.
