Hi, I'm Farill Farook—a Personality Development and Public Speaking Coach, Business Psychologist, and a passionate optimist dedicated to helping individuals and organisations achieve peak performance. I'm also the author of the Amazon top-selling book Discover the Winner in You, which is based on research and insights from over 300 successful people across various industries. I've transformed my own life—from being an average executive to becoming a successful entrepreneur and international speaker—and I’m excited to guide you on a similar journey. Over the years, I’ve conducted more than 300 workshops on leadership development, communication, interpersonal skills, motivation, and peak performance, partnering with leading organisations. I’ve also had the honour of receiving a special grant from the US government to conduct programmes in Leadership, Public Speaking, and English Communication, and I was awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) for Moral Leadership by Junior Chamber International in 2017. With an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Coventry (UK) and a strong background in Toastmasters, I’ve coached a diverse range of clients—from VIPs and CEOs to diplomats and students. When I’m not coaching or speaking, I love travelling, reading, exploring culinary experiments, and playing cricket and badminton. I'm in the business of creating hope and inspiring greatness.
