My style of teaching adapts to the student in question. I believe having one rigid teaching style is not beneficial as each student has their own way to express the desire to learn. Having done my post grad, not only have i witnessed the art of effective communication while I was being taught but during my work experience, I have practically made efficient use of my communication skills. The foundation is to create an safe environment for the student, where he is able to openly express the topic and concepts he finds difficult. Having done so would instil the zest to learn in a quick manner within a student.
