I assess my learners first to identify both their learning styles and needs, which I later use to tailor my lessons, so that we can work alongside each other to both build up and bridge the gaps in their learning.

I work with them on all four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, depending on theirs needs. I provide them with helpful resources, tasks, feedbacks (what went well and points to work on, also follow-ups), homework, useful tips and techniques etc. to get them ready for exams.
