I have experience for teaching for more than five years. My teaching tools/skills and experience had been very successful producing competent learners. I developed new methods of effective teaching involving listening , writing, class activities, in pairs or small groups. these methods assist students learn quicker and easier from one another.

Visual aids methodology in leering is crucial for excellent retention , and I encourage my students to practice what they learn, take notes and do homework. I always urge them to maximize their capabilities. every learner has the potential to be successful,

Apart from class group learning I build a health relationship with every student in order to know them, how best I can help and boost their morale creating conducive atmosphere for favorable effective learning. I spent extra time with learners who may be struggling with their studies in any area of their study course. This method since the time I stated to implement it bore competent students. The ones who were trailing behind were catching up easily with the whole class best performers.

Additionally, the culture and the environment of the students context differ from place to place. I am flexible to adjust for effective teaching methods suitable to each culture. Furthermore, students are different from each other in the way they learn to comprehend the material being taught, I adjust my teaching methodology to be clear, precise, and understood by all for best outcome.
