I always make sure that all teaching sessions are planned appropriately to ensure the sessions are delivered to the highest standard and the teaching material is specifically tailored to each student's needs. I support students with their self-confidence and learning achievements and ensure that each student is able to ask for help and help them in learning without allowing them to depend on me for answers. I also make sure not to put too much pressure on the students causing them stress and give them every opportunity they deserve. I have a flexible attitude so as to not overwhelm the students with exercise to consolidate their learning as i am able to understand that they need to give time to schoolwork as well.
