I ask nothing but preparation before each class. When our session starts is where we will dedicate a small portion of time (5-10min) going over what you've prepared. Then we'll spend about 40 min going over what todays class is about and how to apply it. And the remaining time we have left will be for you to ask any questions or assistance with something you're struggling with. Lessons consist of vocabulary, grammar and culture. Culture is a big thing. As a polyglot I understand that culture determines the rhythm of any language. Of course classes can be modified according to your personal preferences. I don't teach in the conventional way where I'm the teacher and you're a student. In my experience I find this to lead to a negative learning experience. The lesson will feel as if it's work for you. Instead I make it playful and interactive to where the learning is taking place in the subconscious. So apart from the preparation I wouldn't expect anything else from you. Preparation would mostly consist of vocabulary and pronounciation which shouldn't take more than 10-15 mins. I'm also an actor who is educated in the different movements of the mouth so I know exactly how to help when it comes to a struggle with pronounciation.
