Ill first try working through the content explaining what's going on and where it is most likely going to come up or be relevant in exams as I feel students resonate more with lessons or teaching when they know how it is going to actively help them or be relevant to them.
Then we will work through practice and past paper questions together so I know they understand what we are doing and then let them do a few questions at the end helping where necessary. I found that the best revision is past paper questions and practice as the exams are somewhat formulaic in how they ask questions, but most of the time having just the mark scheme is not enough as it can be hard to follow how they got to the answer and what method they used, so I will be able to do just that as well as help students with any questions they have done by themselves that they got stuck on.
Thank you very much for your consideration, and don't hesitate to contact me!
