I have graduated from Bilkent University in 2015. My department is American Culture and Literature. I’m doing my masters about the field of Gender Studies. I have worked in Turkish American Association for 2 years. Then I have worked Ege Schools and Bilnet schools for 2 years. I have been working online too. I have worked with primary school students, secondary school students and adult students. I have TESOL Level 7 Diploma. I prefer Communicative Language Teaching as a teaching method. I love teaching and communicating is the key. Knowing students is vital about English teaching. I also care about what students want and I can arrange my lesson plans. According to age groups dynamics of lessons can vary. Primary school students are tend to have fun while learning. Secondary school students are also tend to have fun but because of the age group, they love including journaling time. They want to be integrated in technology. So as an English teacher I decide the dynamics according to age group. Teaching to adults need more building confidence and reduce their stress. In all age groups motivation is highly significant. We should focus on Four Key Skills which are listening, speaking, reading and writing. Balance is really important. Exercises and more exercises are one of the most important things in learning English. My lessons are really enjoyable and didactic. I have a good communication with my students. Moreover, I can assure that they love English thanks to me. Have fun and learn English!
