The sessions will focus around learning when and how to use these techniques within your everyday life. We will discuss any issues that you may be facing and the best way to tackle them together! We will identify your strengths and your passions and how best to utilise them. I will help motivate you in order to make positive life changes and or decisions. We will make realistic and achievable goals and plans for future progression and achievements.
