As a psychology instructor with over five years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the major areas of psychology and the key psychological theories. I have experience teaching psychology at the undergraduate level.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes student centered learning and the use of experiential learning techniques to facilitate engagement and understanding. I am experienced in developing engaging course materials and lesson plans as well as conducting assessments to ensure that students master the material.
In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a master’s degree in psychology from the New School for Social Research and am currently completing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Yeshiva University. This experience has equipped me with the skills to incorporate research and critical thinking into my teaching, as well as to assist students with their research projects and assignments.
