I love to teach. I believe teaching as an extrinsic motivation to learn. I empower my students to be confident and free in my lessons. Inclusive education and respect for diversity are my hallmark for choosing to work in education. I am a member of the National Education Union and I am a Qualified Teacher certified by the United Kingdom’s Department for Education. Back in my home country, I was teaching biology in the secondary level equivalent to KS3, KS4 and KS5 of the British curriculum. I have strong foundation in Physics and Chemistry. I am enrolled on a Masters research degree at the University of Liverpool. MRes Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine is the course I study as my research degree.
With a steadfast commitment to biology education, my role as a Biology Consultant and Teacher thrives on innovative methods to impart knowledge. I have taught across 20 schools already within England since I moved into the country. My lessons prioritize the integration of ICT and collaboration skills as the central pivot, enriching the learning experience for students across various educational levels. Leveraging audiovisuals and live sessions, I do well to create a fostered, dynamic and engaging learning environment.
My journey in education, fueled by a deep-seated passion for biohealth and environmental sustainability, has been marked by a dedication to professional development and pedagogical excellence. It's immensely gratifying to witness former students excel in the health sector, a testament to our collective efforts in shaping the next generation of science professionals. Through these experiences, we're not only advancing academic success but also contributing to a healthier, more sustainable future.
