As a manager, I have a lot of experience in working with teams of professionals, apprentices, as well as in the field of mentoring. As a teacher, I can share the knowledge gained in time of studies as well as the experience accumulated over the years of practice as a professional. As a mentor, I can guide and shape personalities and professional characters to a high standard of competence, both professionally and ethically, and morally.
As for teaching methods, I usually use modern technology (in Powerpoint presentation), bidirectional dialogue, and case analyses from everyday events as well as from my previous experiences.
