Work Experience:
I work one-on-one with private clients, many of whom have trained with me for over two years. My experience includes training small private groups and large groups, especially for Hyrox events, which are rapidly growing in popularity.
At The ShredQuarters, a functional fitness gym in Plymouth, I contribute to improving member retention by implementing structured strength programs, helping members achieve their fitness goals. My approach keeps sessions engaging, with some clients training multiple times a day and up to six days a week.
I train clients of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to elite youth athletes. Currently, I am pursuing a Level 4 qualification to become a certified Strength and Conditioning coach, focusing on gym floor training, which I thoroughly enjoy.

YMCA Level 2 Gym Instructor
YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (Practitioner)
Currently studying for Level 4
Athletic Background:
I have played rugby since childhood for local teams up through to U18’s academies. Highlights include reaching the NatWest Cup semi-finals in 2017 and international tours to Hong Kong and Australia.
Personal Interests:
I enjoy hiking, staying active, and engaging in various outdoor pursuits.
