I am very much looking forward to working with you on line! I taught high school for many, many years and have been tutoring for many years as well. I like to begin with whatever you are using in class, see what your needs are and then help you in a fun and interesting way to get you to master the material. I think true learning can only happen if you enjoy what you are studying!

I think I am pretty good at what I do because I was asked to do a workshop for my own district, to help the other World Language teachers do a better job in their own classrooms. Then I started traveling across the United States to do the same. It was so much fun to help other teachers to become great at what they do! I even met a book publisher at one of the conferences who asked me to work with her as their new textbooks were coming out. She saw my presentation and asked me to write up activities for each chapter in levels one and two of the series. I shared all of the games, activities, projects, techniques etc. that worked for me for so many years.

I also think I am a pretty good French teacher because former students have asked me to work with their own kids! That has been great fun. Additionally, I have two former students with whom I am currently working just becasue they loved my class and are now in a position where they want to up their skills a bit. So much fun!
