Estefania Freytez Boggio was born in Barquisimeto, Lara state, Venezuela in 1983. Since 2006, she received her degree from Bachelor of Science in Agroindustrial Engineering at the Lisandro Alvarado Central-Western University. Since 2016, she received her Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Carabobo. Since 2021, she received her Doctorate degree in Engineering at the University of Carabobo. Between 2007 and 2008, she was a professor in the Ezequiel Zamora Plains Experimental National University, teaching the courses on Agroindustrial Waste and Vegetal Agroindustry. For 2008, she was a professor in the Apure Technological Institute, teaching the course on Vegetal Agroindustry. Between 2008 and 2010, she performed as chief of office at the Ministry of Popular Power for Agriculture and Lands, managing agricultural projects and working together with the National Institute for Agriculture and Lands. From 2010 to the present, she is a professor in the Agroindustrial Engineering Program of the Lisandro Alvarado Central-Western University, teaching the courses on Agroindustrial Waste I and II, and the optional on Industrial Hygiene and Safety.
