Hi, my name is Esmeralda Reyes. I am a teacher of subjects such as Spanish, linguistics, literature and history of Mexico.

I have a degree in Hispanic Literature from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes and, soon, a Master in Language Sciences from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.

I have professional experiences in editorial management, writing and editing of texts, as well as in linguistic and literary research, archivism, paleography and transcription of historical and ancient documents.

I speak English fluently and have basic knowledge of Italian, French, and Latin; which has allowed me to develop paleographic transcription tasks as a scholarship assistant with different professors-researchers from the SNI of CONACYT in México.

In recent years I have focused on teaching and tutoring in subjects such as Literature, Linguistics, discourse analysis, and topics about decoloniality. I am currently studying the Master in Language Sciences at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla through the discursive analysis of inquisitorial processes of the 17th century.

My pedagogical approach is based on creating an inclusive and collaborative learning environment, where students feel motivated and actively participate in the teaching-learning process. Additionally, I am familiar with the use of educational technologies, such as online platforms and digital resources, to enrich the teaching process and facilitate access to updated teaching materials.
I believe that my passion for teaching, my commitment to the academic success of my students, and my ability to create and maintain a positive educational environment are qualities that make me an ideal candidate for the position of Language and Arts Teacher. Literature in Education.
