In our first session I will listen to the learner about what they enjoy and what they find tricky in the subject we will do lessons in. I will do an informal assessment to determine their baseline knowledge. From there I will work out and plan lessons according to each individual's needs. Our lessons will be fun and engaging with lots of opportunities to ask questions and reflect on what is being covered. Every lesson will start with a revisit of the previous lesson and will end with a small task to complete before the next lesson. I am a very patient and understanding person and that reflect through my teaching.
