Accounting, as much as it debits and credits, it is important to make it practical, that way children's grasp it quicker. My classes are very interactive. It is a two-way conversation. It is very important to me that the child not only understands and apply the knowledge in practive but enjoys attending classes.

I am a chartered accountant and have been tutoring accounting for more than 4 years. Experienced tutor, making accounting easy to understand. Children's average marks after attending my classes improved by at least 20%-30%. Some of my learners scored 100% several times over the past four years for their relevant accounting exam papers.

First, I'll introduce myself, there after give the child the opportunity to explain what they expect from the accounting classes (e.g., the results they want to achieve), the concepts he/she doesn't understand to enable me to know where to start.

I'll start off with the work they are currently busy with in their respective curriculums and make sure that he/she knows what to do, understands the theory behind it and go through the examples and exercises in their books. Once a child understands the work, I'll take the next step in going through difficult (exam like) questions, that way the child won't be caught off guard during test and/or exams.
