I have perfected my revision methods for UK centric examinations over the years, my achievement of 3 A*s in A-Levels and all grade 7/8/9s in GCSEs proving them to be successful. Allow me to share my tips and tricks that helped me achieve my aspirations of studying at a top 10 global university!

The format I use involves introducing topics in small chunks in order to make them easier to absorb, with small quizzes to train memory retrieval, followed by an in-depth discussion on the specifics of the lesson.

For instance, in an A-Level History Lesson, I begin with a broad overview on the time period/theme being discussed, in pair with dynamic interactive games designed to make the memorisation of important statistics needed for top marks in an examination easier. Understanding the syllabus and what exam boards require is also necessary, for which I go through mark schemes and exemplar past papers to display what they are looking for to achieve top marks. I also ensure to include help on writing style and essay structure, a vital skill for those looking to achieve an A or higher.
