I am an online-only private tutor with 6 years of online tutoring GCSE and A-Level students (see subject list below). I am a friendly, professional and creative tutor who makes personalised lesson plans. Every pupil I have had have passed their exams with no lower than a B grade, and I have been recommended highly by parents.
Typically, I use a platform called Bramble which is a virtual interactive whiteboard that both myself and the student can see and update in real-time. This works well for students who prefer to have their cameras off as it is a voice-only platform (and sessions are videoed and sent to the student). Some students much prefer being able to see me and to be seen themselves, in which case I use a combination of Zoom and Bramble to allow for maximum functionality.
I work well with pupils who have additional needs, including getting my SEND training 4 years ago and being on the Access Team with Coronavitus Tutoring Initiative. I was also the Disabled and Neurodiverse Students' Officer in my university's students union because this is something that I am extremely passionate about.
I pride myself on using my 'get to know me' session to establish the best way to tailor my lesson plans to each pupil's individual needs, likes and dislikes, and struggles - this makes the rest of our lessons flow much more smoothly and creates a well-balanced professional relationship in which pupils feel seen, heard and supported in their learning journey.

I am new to Find Tutors so I have included some written reviews below:
5/5 stars
"Erryn is kind and patient and really supportive. I had many family issues as a student and she was able to alter out sessions to make it suit me and my mental health. She made everything fun and she is the sole reason I passed many of my exams and I am very grateful to her for being the best tutor ever" - Favour, GCSE Biology and GCSE Media Studies
5/5 stars
"My favourite tutor ever! My mum insisted I get tutors and I got Erryn and another person through CTI but Erryn ended up taking on both subjects because my other tutor was unreliable and unhelpful. She did a great job and so did I" - Dylan, A-Level Biology and A-Level English (combined)
5/5 stars
"I would not have passed my exams without her because my autism and brain fog makes studying hard but she made it easy. I do not like just reading so she made up songs and games and made everything fun so you don't even realise you're learning the whole time. I liked her. " - Ciara, A Level English Literature
5/5 stars
"I got a tutor because I had failed my mocks (literally got and F and a U grade) in Maths, English and Media Studies and it was lucky that I found Erryn who was able to tutor all of those. She took time to find out what way I learned best and made revision sheets and lessons just for me that I was able to keep afterward and it was helpful to be able to refer back. Erryn and I had 4 sessions a week which is what I wanted and she made sure that I wasn't getting burnt out by the last one - her lessons are always fun too. I was able to achieve all A grades in my exams and I was so proud! Erryn did an amazing job helping me out and I can't recommend her enough" - Jack, GCSE Maths, GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature, GCSE Media Studies
4/5 stars
"The only tutor to ever take my Dyslexia into consideration, I loved her and looked forward to our sessions. Took a star off because I want her to be my tutor for university too but she doesn't cover the subject" - Hanaki, A-Level English Literature
