With over 5 years of tutoring experience and over 1500 hours completed, I have a systematic approach to fulfill the needs of each student. It is extremely important for me to not use one-size-fit-all lesson plans, but rather aim to understand deeply each individual, how they learn, and the challenges they face. Therefore, establishing a strong personal connection built on mutual trust is imperative to me. Once there is a clear understanding of the needs and requirements of a student, I have a range of teaching approaches that I use to create a personalized path for that student. This could range from more lecture-like approaches to individual and assisted problem-solving, and to more hands-on methods.

I use an interactive, virtual whiteboard with a video system so that the student can see and hear me at all times, including while we are using the whiteboard. I will also invite the student to turn on their video, although this is optional. The system also includes options for looking at specific problems, for example from previous exams, and highlighting important areas and figures. All in all, the experience will be very similar to a tutoring session in a real classroom, just from the comfort of your own home!

My main strengths as a tutor are my passion for the subjects, my ability to explain concepts simply and clearly, and my emotional intelligence to help understand how each student can approach their challenges in a fulfilling and rewarding manner.
