The first session will be a discovery session to understand your needs and what methods will suit you. This will form a the basis of our contract to set clear expectations, outline a way of working and establish boundaries and goals.

I work online. I’m the 60 or 90 minute session we’ll review how you are at present, review home work, ground into the session, focus on one objective, work with a particular technique or set of exercises, review findings, clarify and set homework for next week. Sessions are typically weekly but can be fortnightly or monthly depending on the client and their goals.
