From there, we work together to explore any challenges you’re facing, whether that’s with motivation, managing workload, building confidence, or dealing with stress around school or exams.

My coaching sessions are relaxed, friendly, and completely tailored to you. I usually begin by checking in how your week’s been, what’s on your mind, and what you’d like to focus on. From there, we work together to explore any challenges you’re facing, whether that’s with motivation, managing workload, building confidence, or dealing with stress around school or exams.

There’s no pressure to “perform” in these sessions. Some weeks might feel heavier than others, and that’s okay. This is your space to feel supported, talk things through, and find practical ways forward that suit you. We’ll often set small goals together, reflect on what’s working, and build up helpful habits over time.

With several years’ experience tutoring students in Maths, English, and Science, I understand the academic side too—and how it often overlaps with emotional wellbeing. I use that background to help you feel more in control of your learning and less alone in the process.

I understand that every student is different- some might be feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, others might just need someone outside their usual circle to talk to. Whether you’re juggling GCSEs, A-Levels, uni prep, or just day-to-day stress, I’ll meet you where you’re at. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” plan- this is about figuring out what works for you, together.
