I am currently a 3rd year Spanish student at Cardiff university. I also achieved an A at a level and 9 at gcse. I am able to teach or help a variety of ages from primary all the way through till secondary and key stages, from KS1-KS5. When tutoring Spanish to kids, I would create an engaging environment to foster their interest and enthusiasm for the language. I would use age-appropriate stories, songs, and games to make learning fun and memorable as well as, encourage regular conversations in Spanish, gradually increasing complexity as students become more confident. I would also integrate cultural lessons, including music, cuisine, and traditions, to provide a holistic understanding of the language. Regular assessments and personalised feedback would ensure that each child's progress is monitored and tailored to their individual learning needs, and effective learning experience. Depending on the level of the student, I can cater to each person’s goals for example; someone studying higher levels of Spanish at gcse who might just want to make sure they get the grade they deserve, I will include past papers , flash cards and make sure the curriculum they are given aligns with the help I give them. Most of all I will draw upon my own experience doing these exams on what might work best ! As I know it’s always a stressful time I hope I can share my knowledge with those who need it.
