Eric Baxter

All resources used in my classes are used by my fellow TEFL tutors worldwide. My background in coaching allows my focus on individual strengths and learning preferences. Growth mindset principals are deeply ingrained in my teaching philosophy. I have worked in 1-1 and group settings for the past three years. In our initial session, I will take the opportunity to get to know more about the my student and why they want to learn the English language.

My main goal of providing this teaching service is to add value to peoples lives. Speaking English proficiently can provide ample opportunities for people and I hope to play my part in this journey. In my classes some of the topics we'll cover will be speech patterns, grammar, spelling and pronunciation.

Aside from my coaching experience, I also have a twelve months of direct teaching experience. During this period, I thought premature courses to groups from all over the globe. This allowed me to build my teaching competence and develop my own style of transferring my knowledge to other people.
