Until now, I have tutored more than 200 students in my country Kosovo in Mathematics and Engineering. I have founded my own organization called "United By STEM" which has more than 500 youngsters as students, volunteers, and mentors around the world such as: Kosovo, Albania, Turkey, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Germany, UK, USA, Kazakhstan, Italy, and Azerbaijan.
I have different methods of teaching, and that completely depends on my student. My first aim is to get to know my students, their character, their learning style, their passion, their focusing skills, and their potential abilities. Practice makes perfect, that is why my workshops are 3/4 practice, and 1/4 lecturing.
My experience in IT and Environmental Activities make the intersect of my skills on STEM between environmental science. This April, I finished a program organized by JCoders Academy and IOM, supported by British Embassy Pristina, which taught me the ability to develop prototype ideas, develop my projects to MVP stage and presenting my projects in front of an audience. I have met the qualifications set by the organizers.
I plan to graduate with a major in mathematics, and being a successful CEO & Founder of my today's business named GREENERGY, and a good leader of Girl Up Harmony Pristina. These concentrations have provided invaluable insight into the exact sciences, environmental issues, and the gender gaps in STEM in today’s world. I hope that my logic and skills will lead to a greater sense of social equality in all life's fields.
