I have been teaching French for over thirty years, from young people starting second level to adults engaging in adult education. Teaching adults has been from complete beginner level through to intermediate and advanced levels. I have taught second level students from year 1 through to A level or its Leaving Certificate level equivalent in the south of Ireland.
I put quite a focus on French grammar, building up vocabulary and pronunciation. I give my students homework to complete, in order to reinforce the learning and let me know areas of difficulty. The learning environment is informal and engaging.
