Hello and welcome to my page. Firstly I would like to get across my experience and qualifications. I have recently graduated university in B.Bus degree in Sport Management, I am a REPs registered fitness instructor and group fitness instructor. I completed a 6 month work placement in one of Europe's top sport resorts, Playitas Resort, located in Fuerteventura. Here I worked with people from all over the world and dealt with clientele from various parts of Europe. My work included designing and delivery of classes of up to 50 participants. Shortly after finishing there, I worked in the gym in my university up until May this year. Here I led more classes but also did a lot of one on one training. I designed fitness programmes, carried out assessments, monitored progress and made necessary adjustments to the programmes.
The format of these lessons will be similar to ones I carried in my previous job as the clients were happy and achieved their goals. It will start with a quick background check, just seeing where you're at and your fitness levels. Some quick tests may be necessary depending on these fitness levels. Getting to know your fitness goals and current lifestyle are vital to achieving these goals. Once all the introduction bit is done and I have all necessary information, I will design a fitness programme along with a meal plan. I will keep in touch with you daily, sending reminders of what must be done each day. Progress updates will be carried out to ensure you are heading on the right track. Adjustments will be made to the programme, it may be after 2 weeks or 6 weeks, depending on the progress. New diet plans will be released weekly to ensure you are not getting bored of the plan and to keep it sustainable.
