I have been a regular pupil of Eniko for three years. We began with Yoga and Quigong. in the past couple of years, Eniko has helped me recover from three different injuries/health issues. It has been very effective. I am the fittest I have been for a long time. Thanks to her wide experience and knowledge, Eniko is agile in adapting her exercise plan during a lesson to focus on what my body needs in that very moment. She has a large 'repertoire' of excercises to drawn on. Eniko's lessons are demanding physically, but also fun and enjoyable.

Eni is amongst the very best teachers - of anything – I have ever come across . She doesn’t just stop at “fixing” but with infinite patience & permanently sunny disposition gets you to understand how your body works so you can do the best you can with it! For me at 60+ and after dreadful sciatica that’s meant enjoying all my outdoorsy activities from the fells to kayaking as much as I did 20 years ago. Best of all, this is for good....I know when I get properly old that my posture will be as good as it is now. She’s holistic and genuinely brilliant!

I attend Eni’s class for about 5 years and enjoyed every minute. Especially the cool down at the end lol . If I walked into Eni’s class feeling a bit down or worried about anything you could guarantee I would walk out with a smile on my face. Eni is one of the most loveliest, funniest people I know. And what I wouldn’t give to have a figure like hers. Miss your classes eni. X Janet xx

I have various old sports injuries which I am dealing with with through specialist physiotherapist and Eni’s personalised support. She has been very good in supporting me through my various problems . I would highly recommend her!

What a joy it is to do Eni’s movement classes. As well as being so knowledgeable about the body and how to get the best out of our movement, she has a wonderful sense of humour and so engaging. It’s subtle but my muscles hurt in the following days after a class. This is of course a good thing! She really gets you moving, but only as much is comfortable for each individual.

I've been working with Eni for 7 years now. She has changed my life. I am more confident, fitter, and stronger in both mind and body than ever before.Eni works in a way that allows you to commit to yourself, and she in turn commits to you. She understands me, and my body and how to get the best from me and support me no matter how i turn up - every day is different and she undrrstands that. I have been through so much in the past seven years, ups and downs, Eni has been with me through it all and I can't imagine my life without her in it. She works with mind and body combined to support you to become the best person you can be, while enabling and supporting you to do this in your own time and at your own pace. I have two sessions a week, and look forward to continuing these for as long as I can envisage! Thank you, Eni

Brilliant teacher/trainer with a good understanding of the anatomy but also sees your inner strengths/weaknesses and emotions. I personally had 3 disc bulges, she set up a program for me which really helps. She makes classes interesting and fun. Lovely person, great teacher

Eni provides a wonderful, inspiring array of exercise- movements within her class and encourages everyone within their abilities. She is a warm , friendly and an extremely knowledgable practioner whom I would recommend to everyone. After an Eni session you leave with a smile and feeling energised x

As a keen trail runner I always neglected stretching, yet wondered why I still had niggles post run. A recommendation came in from a friend about Eniko’s movement class and I haven’t looked back since. Not only does she identify where the problems are, but she spends time finding out who you are, too. Her strong aura and zest for life is better than your morning coffee.
