I have been a regular pupil of Eniko for three years. We began with Yoga and Quigong. in the past couple of years, Eniko has helped me recover from three different injuries/health issues. It has been very effective. I am the fittest I have been for a long time. Thanks to her wide experience and knowledge, Eniko is agile in adapting her exercise plan during a lesson to focus on what my body needs in that very moment. She has a large 'repertoire' of excercises to drawn on. Eniko's lessons are demanding physically, but also fun and enjoyable.
