My teaching experience involves various roles at the University of Ghana Business School from 2018 to 2021 as a teaching and graduate assistant. With a business administration-centered educational background, I taught undergraduate-level courses on Social Responsibility and Ethics and Electronic Business, and Master level courses on Services Marketing. I also supervised students in carrying out dissertations and research projects. My teaching style focuses on engaging students through a combination of theoretical and practical examples which help in grounding studies being carried out. I believe practical examples are good ways to get students engaged and informed about a subject being addressed. As such I believe in engaging students in research projects which helps them explore more into issues they primarily would not have. I also believe that students are unique in their own way and the teacher must learn to find a balance on how to keep his students engaged in the subject by identifying what drives them.
