I’m delighted to submit my application for the online tutor position posted on guardian. As I’m graduated from faculty of education English department, got TEFL course that qualified me to teach both children and adults and I have 3 years of teaching experience , I’m confident that my knowledge and my teaching philosophy will make me an asset to the team at Findtutors.

My teaching experience made me deal up with discipline, leadership and innovation, I lead my students through challenging activities and rigorous learning. Then, I prepared Activities, events, and extracurricular programs what build positive school culture and often require additional leadership support from teachers.
I helped my students to do the right and avoid doing bad behaviour. Gave my colleagues innovative ideas of teaching and how to be a good teacher.
I achieved the following goals as a teacher:
• Provided assistance to students to develop their skills required to fortify their base in English
• Planed and implemented strategic operational plans for yielding higher growth end results
• Established effective classroom management practices; collaboratively working with other teaching staff to set goals, objectives and methods
• Instructed students as per curriculum, recognized, respected & nurtured their creative potential.
