My teaching method is a bit different, I don’t believe in pressuring a kid but I do take assessments end of every week to check the progress of the student. If I teach for two hours I divide the 120 mins into 20 mins for each subject or problems. The student also gets appreciation notes and 15 mins every session to speak. For eg, I give him/her a topic and the student needs to prepare in 10 mins and speak to for 15 mins. This will not only help with their pronunciation but will also help in their confidence and communication skills.
