I will be using presentation slides along side videos , visual aids, mini tests and other forms of learning specific to each student.
My experience is from doing both a levels and foundation. I also did first year of pharmacy from home so I can teach myself which helped me teach others.

I encourage the pomorodo technique where you learn for 25 minutes and take a break for 5 minutes to enhance focused learning.

I use learning apps such as quizlet which helps you summarise your content and is a great tool to learn and test yourself.

It is important to consolidate knowledge by not just learning but applying your knowledge with past paper questions and learning what the mark scheme requires of you. This helped me to achieve A*s in difficult subjects and understand how to apply Biology knowledge to real life situations in the exam.

i use a hand on learning experience, we'll incorporate hands-on experiments and practical illustrations to enhance your understanding of biological principles. Virtual labs and simulations will also be part of our toolkit.
I use a personalised approach. I understand that each student is unique, with their own strengths and difficulties. I'll tailor my teaching methods to match your learning style and pace, ensuring you get the most out of each session.

I also did many presentations whilst working in pharmacies so I have good communication and summary skills.
