Learning doesn't have to be a chore, that is why I always want to make sure that the children enjoy participating in learning. So mu class is usually interactive because I put my student at ease and build their confidence in learning, they got all they need to increase in knowledge and perform excellently in their subjects.
This method has been proven to be successful with my former students. The students always look forward to being in class and their rate of absorbing information from the subjects thought in class is quite encouraging.
This is because my students can freely express themselves and that way we know if they have the right understanding of the lessons being thought and learning is ensured from the class interactions.
So no matter the level of performance of my students previously, I am confident they can catch up and do well in the areas they have previously encountered challenges.
The goal is better improvement in level of understanding of the teaching and performance in class with consideration to the needs of my students.
