As an experienced tutor who had been in the business for the past five years, i have been able to model and impact into the life of my students positively making them better off than they where before. I have lectured and delivered seminar in different schools and organizations especially in the area of project management, computer and computerized accounting system, basic computer application for beginners, just to mention but a few.
The basic qualities, is that i have passion for the job, Teach without discriminating or stereotyping, Maintain the confidentiality of learner information, Act professionally and with integrity and i do not do something which is part of someone else’s role.

As an experienced tutor ,some of my core responsibilities:
1.Keep up to date with subject knowledge
2.Identify learners needs
3.Plan and prepare all lessons and resources
4.Mark assessments
5.Deliver lessons effectively
6.Plan engaging and relevant lessons
7.Give regular feedback to learners
8.Support learners with their studies

The teaching methods that i have over the years and i do hope is still very effective are:
1.Lecture Method of teaching: The lecture method help to break the topic into different segments and present them in smaller chunks. In this method, i can use PowerPoint slides, video or online resources to help teach students about the course content.
2.Problem Solving method: in this method , allow students work on a specific problem or challenges directly related to course content being taught in class. The benefit of this this method , is that it allows students learning more deeply about the materials and more hands-on activities with me by their side to supervise.
