High-school students seem to respond particularly well to seminar discussion. They have told me that the format and the conversations it helps raise make them feel older, more respected, and determined to converse well. I'd be very dynamic and strategic in my teachings, more flexible modules will be applied. The essence of an adopted teaching style is to engage the students in an active learning process and initiate critical thoughts in them. There are also times when one has to adjust his/her style just to accommodate the needs of the learners.
If you can do a proper assessment of yourself and continuously develop your teaching style while integrating the appropriate class/lecture room management skills, you'll surely know what works best for you.

I fancy the Mixed Style (blending those 3 methods) because it's a well-integrated approach that merges my personality and key interests with the students’ needs.
