I am a fun and creative teacher, with focus on the key words that gain marks in exams, whilst also acknowledging the wider interests and impacts of Sociology. Lessons centre around building links between key terms and concepts, making it easier to memorise and be able to compare and contrast. I use a range of methods in which to do this, including various activities using physical objects, games and consolidating this with practiced written work. Sociology is a great passion of mine and I am more than happy to discuss anything that may crop up, providing in depth discussions around the topic as well as the skills needed to pass the exams. As a person, I am fun, engaging and build great relationships with my students because we are in this together and your successes are my successes. I have sat the A-Levels myself and achieved full marks across each paper, so my own knowledge and understanding is very clear and my enthusiasm for sharing this is astronomical - if you do not love Sociology already, you will by the time we're finished! :)
