I’m a compassionate counsellor qualified to masters level in psychology. Specialising in working with women on their healing and self-development journeys. With empathy at the core of my practice, I provide a safe, supportive space where women can overcome challenges, reconnect with themselves, and grow into their fullest potential.

I'm committed to providing a supportive, and confidential environment where you can explore your feelings and grow. My approach involves helping you understand yourself more clearly and deeply in order to then make the changes you want to see. I offer you empathy, compassion, and understanding to support you to make sense of your life. I will also offer compassionate challenge, as sometimes transformation comes from feeling seen, heard and felt, but at other times it can be from compassionate exploration of patterns, thoughts, and behaviours. Through this balance, together with tools and resources to support you, I create a space where you can grow.
