My lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each child.

My lessons will incorporate an input session, along with interactive questions, lots of practice on the skills needed and areas needed to be focused on, while being stage appropriate.

I can also tailor lessons for children with SEN to ensure their needs are met. I currently work in an SEN secondary school teaching English and functional skills English.

For the younger ages, I can tutor primary aged children on literacy and SATS practice. I worked in a primary school for three years, prior to my current position.

I will assess where the children’s current attainment is, the skills they currently have and the skills that need to be practiced. With this in mind, I will structure my lessons around this to ensure that the lessons are tailored to each individual child.
