Emma in a nutshell
I have taken the IELTS test twice and the first time I got 7.5 while the second one I got 8.5. Every skill except for Writing were all above 8.5. I have taken the test in the UK so I know how the exam format would look like but have also taken it back when I was in Vietnam so I can give a lot of advice for those whose English is a second language or international students applying for university...
I have taken the IELTS test twice and the first time I got 7.5 while the second one I got 8.5. Every skill except for Writing were all above 8.5. I have taken the test in the UK so I know how the exam format would look like but have also taken it back when I was in Vietnam so I can give a lot of advice for those whose English is a second language or international students applying for university and need to provide their English requirement. My journey with IELTS was not the most struggling thing to me so I believe what I have gained can be used to help others work their way through and get the best results while not feeling as if they have to struggle a lot.

I aim to provide strategic ways of approach IELTS Reading and Listening, ensuring students to get the highest band possible. I will prepare suitable materials needed for revision and additional textbook sources. I aim to provide support in IELTS Speaking on how to deliver the part with confidence and tips on how to score higher in IELTS Speaking. I will also share my personal experiences after taking the IELTS Test, my do’s and don’t.

I like to work together with the student as a friend, a teacher, a mentor, or someone to simply have a chat with about anything related to academia. I aim to create a safe space for me and my students, ensuring everyone receive the help they need and also for them to feel like they are always in a friendly environment.
