Adaptable and effective are two words that come to mind when thinking of my lessons. Every child has a different learning style and what sets me apart from others is my ability to understand what they need. In Mathematics, a solid foundation is essential as most issues and challenges arise when there is a fundamental confusion that needs to be addressed. As someone who tends to be able to get along with anyone, I have a knack for making people feel comfortable and confident in voicing their problems with certain questions. Not only to I highly encourage open communication in terms of asking for help but I also highly value all feedback on my teaching style and make it a priority that any concerns are addressed.
