My lessons always use a combination of PowerPoints, past exam questions and live interactive whiteboard sessions. Lessons are always tailored around what students need, and to achieve this I regularly assess progress and understanding of key concepts.

I run sessions through Kaltura - which is a powerful online platform for education. Students love it! I am able to embed videos, share and receive files easily - thus providing a comprehensive and highly effective teaching and learning medium. I also have the ability to set 'self marking' homework online for students, do le me know if this is something you would also be interested in (there is no additional charge for this!).

I have many years experience of teaching Science online to wide range of students with a wide range of need and ambition. Whatever your goals are, together we can achieve them.

I have worked as a teacher for over 25 years in a wide range of contexts: deputy head, assistant head, head of science, head of chemistry and as a classroom teacher. I now work as a full time online science tutor.

I have worked in a wide range of different schools: state, religious, independent and free schools.

I adapt rapidly to new situations and people and will use these skills to make students feel at home quickly, while diagnosing areas upon which we will need to focus in order to make rapid, yet sustained progress.
