Lessons will be friendly, judgement free and more difficult poses can be modified for those that would need it.
I have practiced yoga in my own home for 1+ year and I have now decided to share the happiness and peace it has given me by becoming a yoga tutor!
If you are at all interested please don't hesitate to show it! I will welcome everyone warmly with no judgement at all so there is no need to be shy!
Every level of yoga enjoyer is welcome.

The structure of my lessons will start gently then get a little bit more intense before ending with relaxation.
My lessons will also be roughly about 45-60 minutes long depending on your needs but, the price will remain the same. (£15)

I truly hope that everyone will be able to enjoy my classes and be able to feel relaxed and in tune with their bodies once the session ends.
