I specialise in creative writing and literary analysis. I have a Bachelors and a Masters in both subjects from ATU Sligo and the University of Limerick. Whether you require to learn for educational reasons or as a hobby, I am eager to assist in a manner that is enjoyable and useful. My previous experience in tutoring includes online facilitation for TY students as a part of my college education.

In my lessons, I will tutor with a mix of PowerPoint presentation, verbal discussion, and guided practice via online classes. Whichever format best suits my students I will make sure to adapt my lessons to their strengths. I am well read in both modern and classical literature ranging from plays, poetry, short stories and novels. If there are any preferences to what materials may be studied I am more that delighted to take requests.

Between my classes I will likely assign homework to complete before a certain deadline. These assignments will apply what was contained within the lesson and will not be used as a grade, but merely as a form of practice. My students are under no pressure to complete this extra work, however, they must please understand that this is to the detriment of their own skills. I am firm in the belief that good habits and practice are what helps develop one's own capabilities.
