As a student it was always helpful for my learning when teachers mixed visual aspects like presentations with following the text from the study material. This is something I found helpful, and use as a tool in teaching. In my previous jobs, I have found I also used this method to train people and it was successful as it engaged with the student/learner.

As a student it was always helpful for my learning when teachers mixed visual aspects like presentations with following the text from the study material. This is something I found helpful, and use as a tool in teaching. In my previous jobs, I have found I also used this method to train people and it was successful as it engaged with the student/learner.
I want to create an environment where learners feel comfortable to ask questions and strive to give the best lessons using all the tools available.
Visuals in presentations, but size information so the learner isn’t overwhelmed.
