I focus on personalised teaching.I love teaching each topic from the basics as it will help the learner to get a clear picture about the topic.I realize the importance of doubt clearing sessions as Chemistry always confuse students.Classes on Organic,Inorganic,Physical and Computational Chemistry will be taken upon the requirement.I value each individual and my teaching style can be described interactive and supportive.I encourage my students to come up with their doubts and participate actively in conversations realted to the topic under concern.I emphasize rules and proper behaviour ,but I also focus on students engagement.Special teaching strategies are followed for different learners according to their learning style.I insist students to think creatively and to find the my experience ,it is more effective than to simply providing them the answers.Because,once they learn in this way ,they tend to remember the lesson better and it also helps them to develop a questioning mind and a curiosity about the environment and activities.I am definitely ready to adapt to the condition of the students as well as the subject we ording to me,individual approach is the key to an effective learning environment.The ultimate aim is to always keep the engagement and enthusiasm of the learner high and to make sure about the improved my last teaching job,I achieved great results with these strategues and thus I am confident enough that I can be with you in your Chemistry learning .I believe that each child is special and customizing the teaching methods according to their needs will come up with higher results.
